2022-2023 Sandy Valley Elementary Kindergarten Registration for the class of 2035 is now open! Registration forms are available by clicking here.

An additional In-Person Registration and screening date is APRIL 13 from 9 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. at the SVLS Administration Center (Wellness Center) 5362 State Route 183 Magnolia, Ohio 44643. Children who have been in SCIP or Little Cardinal Preschool will have the screening at SVE.

Please bring the following items:

Birth certificate

Immunization record

Child's Social Security card

Court Custody Papers (If Applicable)

Proof of Residency which includes one of the following:

*Documentation that verifies you own your residence

*Lease/rental agreement with the custodial parent/guardian’s name and address, as well as the landlord or rental/leasing agency’s name

*A current utility bill: gas, electric, water and/or sewer, property tax statement, and/or voter registration card (NOT a phone or cable bill)

*If residing with someone in the Sandy Valley Local School District, please complete the Sandy Valley Schools Residency Affidavit
