"Hidden in Plain Sight" Awareness Program for Parents

On Nov. 29 at 7 p.m., Sandy Valley Local Schools, in partnership with the Tuscarawas County Anti-Drug Coalition and the Sandy Valley Drug Awareness Initiative, is hosting a parent program to raise awareness on teen drug and alcohol use.

“Hidden in Plain Sight” will feature topics such as identifying risky behaviors, looking into the warning signs of drugs, underage drinking, prescription drug abuse, and more. The presentation along with an interactive exhibit, will have opportunities for question and answer sessions as well as community resources.

Parents are strongly encouraged to attend this informative and important event. The program is in the Sandy Valley Performing Arts Hall. Click the file below for more information.
